The VIth festival of early medieval culture "Isaborg" will be held from May 31st to June 2nd in Izborsk. "Isaborg", which is a reference living-history event, will offer a rich program and historical camp, located on the territory of an ancient settlement.
It imposes certain restrictions, taking into account the venue is a historic reserve of great value.
The program of the festival includes master classes, fair, exchange of experience, and historical experiments. The participants will deal with crafts, reenact the life of early Middle Ages. The entertainment program also promises to be eventful.
The festival will be a bright show for tourists, though it is more focused on those who’ll come to practise their favorite activities, and not those who’ll come to observe them.
