Yuri Konchenko will head Pechory district administration Nov 01
Yuri Konchenko was elected the head of Pechory district administration on October, 31st. Ten deputies supported him, six voted against him. The candidacy of communist Dmitry Bogatyryov was not approved. Ten deputies voted against him and only six supported him.
Initially there were seven candidates. Five of them: Feodor Kokhanov, Vasily Nazimov, Dmitry Sopot, Vladimir Rodkin, and Nina Knyazeva withdrew their candidacies.
